Chaired by Jean-Martin Folz, the Eutelsat Communications Board of Directors comprises ten members of whom six are independent. A seat as Board Observer is occupied permanently by the Executive Secretary of the EUTELSAT Intergovernmental Organisation. Two Work’s Committee representatives of the Eutelsat S.A. operating subsidiary participate in Board meetings as observers.
