How is Eutelsat Communications organised?
Corporate governance of the Group is entrusted to a Board of Directors with twelve members. The function of Chief Executive Officer is assumed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Eutelsat Communications is a Limited Company with a Board of Directors. Via several subsidiaries it holds 95.39% of the capital of Eutelsat SA, which is a Limited Company.
