With its mix of Ku- and C-band frequencies, ATLANTIC BIRD™ 3 is a high-powered spacecraft, providing an exceptional range of connectivity combinations. The satellite offers two-way broadband Internet access, direct-to-office and direct-to- home broadcast services and corporate networks to large audiences.

ATLANTIC BIRD™ 3 features a Euro-Mediterranean superbeam coverage and a unique pan-Atlantic widebeam coverage encompassing the Americas, Africa and Europe. The satellite also has a steerable antenna that can be pointed over any one of these regions, including the Middle East.

ATLANTIC BIRD™ 3 introduces C-band capacity to Eutelsat's satellite constellation, an important asset for serving the pan-African market and the Carribean area.
