TECHNICAL SUPPORT :: COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM CONTROL CENTRE
Our world-class engineers in the CSC centre manage all access to the Eutelsat space segment. Operational 24 hours per day, the CSC controllers monitor all customers' services, including analogue and digital video, and business and IP services, as well as their associated technical parameters.
Controlling and co-ordinating client's services, these engineers monitor transmissions both visually, via our high-tech wall of monitors, and via an automatic control system that continuously measures signal quality. Contollers are immediately alerted should there be a decline in quality of service, allowing the problem to be swiftly diagnosed and the service recovered.
Our Communications System Control Centre operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to ensure a high-quality, reliable service for our clients accessing the space segment.
