The ELO 1 and ELO 2 payloads are hosted on a satellite platform combining several missions. They are being used to support the initial phases of the ELO service.

Size: The host satellite platform measures 70cm x 70cm x 70cm and both ELO 1 and ELO 2’s maximum antenna dimension is 50cm.
Weight: The platform hosting Eutelsat’s payloads weighs 80kg. Both ELO 1 and ELO 2 payloads weigh 8kg.
Launch: June 2021
ELO 3 and ELO 4 will be used to scale up the ELO service.

Size: 6U cubesat - 6 litres or 30cm x 20cm x 10cm before the deployment of its solar panels.
