General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of purchase apply to purchase offers issued by all EUTELSAT entities to their suppliers and/or to sale offers presented to EUTELSAT entities by a supplier and accepted by the latter. They have the purpose of defining the terms and conditions under which EUTELSAT entities acquires goods from these suppliers and/or entrusts them with the provision of services.

Supplier Code of Ethics
The code of conduct for suppliers reflects the values and principles that Eutelsat wants to promote in the day-to-day operation of its business in accordance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. We apply these to each of our business activities and expect our suppliers to undertake to comply with the standards set out in the Code and to ensure that their employees, suppliers and sub-contractors abide by the Code, along with any other entity involved in executing the contract signed with Eutelsat.

Whistleblowing
Our Speak Up platform is for reporting legal, ethical, or policy violations. It is not the appropriate route for reporting jamming, to report this or any technical issues, contact your local commercial representative.

UK Tax Strategy
Our tax strategy is effective from 1 April 2022 and will remain effective until any amendments are approved by the Eutelsat Board. It was reviewed and reconfirmed in 2024.
