AstraPNT is Eutelsat’s turnkey Alternate Positioning, Navigation and Timing (APNT) solution, offering the PNT resilience needed to operate in GNSS-denied environments, in conjunction with compatible LEO equipment.

AstraPNT keeps operations connected when GNSS is jammed, spoofed, or simply unavailable. 
Engineered as a rugged, software-defined outdoor receiver, it enhances connectivity resilience when situational awareness, navigation and timing, as well as continuous communications are critical to mission success.

Designed to operate in both fixed and Comms-On-The-Pause (COTP) scenarios, the AstraPNT is compatible with the Inster Foldsat LEO KU MIL and CIV, Kymeta Osprey and Goshawk u8, as well as the Intellian Compact and Enterprise series.

Battlefield-tested and available now, AstraPNT helps to maintain communications in challenging environments.

  • • Detects Spoofing and Jamming, logic implemented to auto-switch source
    • User defines priority order of source (GNSS or AstraPNT)

    • Serial ports open (RS232 and RS422) allow daisy-chain with external NMEA-183 sources (Inertial, gyro, etc.)
    • Provides output of 1PPS to synchronize external devices
